GTex Brokers is a project advisory and contractor matchmaking service. We are not the builder or general contractor performing work on your property. Our fees cover the sourcing, coordination, and advisory services we provide — not the construction work itself.
We keep specific pricing off our website because every project is different. Exact fees are always discussed, agreed to, and documented in writing before any work begins.
For homeowners and property owners
What you pay for.
When you work with GTex Brokers, you may pay a flat advisory fee for our sourcing and project coordination support. This covers the time and effort we invest in understanding your project, identifying contractor options, and helping you compare and move forward with clarity.
How your fee is determined
Customer fees are based on the complexity, scope, and service level of your project. Larger or more involved projects may require more sourcing work, which is reflected in the fee. We discuss your specific fee during your initial consultation, and it is documented in writing before you commit to anything.
Premium neutral advisory
For clients who prefer this structure, Premium Neutral Advisory means GTex Brokers accepts no contractor compensation on that specific project file. Availability is discussed per project and confirmed in writing before engagement.

For contractors
What you pay for.
Contractors who join the GTex Brokers partner network gain access to sourced project opportunities and a structured referral relationship. Our fees reflect the value of that sourcing and matchmaking work.
Partner network fee
Participating contractors may pay a partner network fee to be part of our active contractor pool. This fee varies based on trade, service area, and participation level. It is discussed and agreed to during the onboarding process.
Success-based referral fee
GTex Brokers may also receive a success-based referral fee when a matched project closes. The trigger for this fee is clearly defined in writing so both parties know exactly when it applies. You are never charged for introductions that do not result in work.
Flat fee alternative
Some contractors prefer a flat per-job fee rather than a percentage-based success fee. We offer this as an alternative structure where it makes sense. The details are part of your written partnership agreement.

How GTex Brokers gets paid.
GTex Brokers may receive compensation from both the customer and the contractor for different services. This is how our business works, and we believe it should be stated plainly.
From customers: We may charge a flat advisory or sourcing fee for the work we do to qualify your project and connect you with contractor options.
From contractors: We may receive a partner network fee and/or a referral fee when a project we sourced results in a closed job.
All fees are discussed and agreed to in writing before any service begins. Payment to GTex Brokers does not guarantee contractor selection or project award. We do not assign work or award contracts — that decision belongs to the customer and the contractor.

Contractors quote and contract directly with the customer for any work performed. GTex Brokers facilitates the introduction and may provide advisory support, but the construction agreement is between you and participating contractors you choose.

Why do homeowners pay GTex Brokers?
You are paying for the advisory, sourcing, and coordination work we do on your behalf. This includes reviewing your project, identifying contractor options for your scope, and helping you compare and move forward with clear information.
Why do contractors pay GTex Brokers?
Contractors pay for access to sourced project opportunities and participation in our partner network. Our fees reflect the sourcing and matchmaking work we do to connect contractors with project opportunities.
Do contractors pay to be selected?
No. Payment to GTex Brokers does not guarantee that a contractor will be selected or awarded a project. The customer makes their own decision about who to hire. We facilitate introductions, not outcomes.
What does Premium Neutral Advisory mean?
It means GTex Brokers accepts no contractor compensation on that specific project file.
Who signs the construction contract?
The customer and the contractor. GTex Brokers is not a party to your construction agreement. The contract for any work performed is between you and the contractor you choose.
Do you guarantee pricing or workmanship?
No. GTex Brokers does not guarantee contractor pricing, project timelines, or quality of workmanship. Our role is to help connect you with contractor options and help compare. Contractors are responsible for their own quotes, schedules, and work.
When are fees discussed and agreed to?
All GTex Brokers fees are discussed during your initial consultation or contractor onboarding process. Fees are always documented in a written agreement before any service begins. We do not charge surprise fees.
Can I see exact pricing on the website?
No. Because every project and partnership is different, we discuss pricing directly during consultation. This allows us to provide a fee that reflects the actual scope and complexity of your specific situation.
Is GTex Brokers paid by both the customer and the contractor?
